Pizza is generally considered a "cheat meal" because let's face it… most of the time you order a pie, you open up the cardboard box, and low and behold there's a shiny grease laden pizza. But, it doesn't have to be that way! Save yourself the calories, fat, and carbohydrates by making your own, healthier pizza at home. Trust me, it's much easier than you might think to make your own pizza! You'll thank me after you try this recipe :)

So, here we are at the end of Phase 2 and you’re all eagerly awaiting the results. As you know from my “End of Phase 1” blog, I was down 14 pounds and feeling good. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Marc Siegel. I'm a certified personal trainer in New York with five fitness and training licenses and I currently write a weekly blog here. This week’s blog will be about my experience with Phase 1 of VIVO 360. I would like to preface this blog by saying that I have spent years working with Eric Hoult, the national director of VIVO 360, and share many similar views on dieting nutrition and training. I am sure that Eric can agree with me that while we have seen/put many people on various diet regimens ranging from the weekend warrior all the way up to people on a national competitive level, nothing has quite compared to the level of VIVO 360!

The only thing different about my diet/nutrition/supplementation during the last three months is the addition of the NO-Shotgun/Synthesize stack.

We all know that we need protein to build muscle, which is what we are all about here at VPX. The question is - how much protein is too much protein? There’s been numerous studies looking at this one particular topic, but our aim here is to be efficient at the amount that we take in and not waste those expensive protein powders/shakes if we don’t have to.
There are many types of protein, but in this write up, we’ll look at the main two so you can get a basic understanding. None of these proteins are better than the other, but they do have their benefits in their own specific way.
