Everyone loves French Toast and who doesn’t love the taste of pumpkin pie, especially during this time of year? Well neither of these two are particularly physique friendly, and combining the two of them would generally mean a carb overload, but not today! This delicious combination packs a serious protein punch fit for any physique athlete, especially when you use high protein bread. Enjoy your favorite breakfast food combined with a fall favorite - all without the guilt!
Pumpkin Pie French Toast
1/2 cup MuscleEgg Pumpkin Spice
2 P28 Bread
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add the MuscleEgg whites into a bowl
Add pumpkin pie spice
Add 1 scoop VPX protein powder
Mix using a wire whisk, if mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon water to dilute it.
Dip P28 bread onto the mixture and place on a hot pan sprayed with Pam
Flip bread until golden on both sides
Drizzle sugar free maple syrup on top
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 1/2 of a recipe (6.1 ounces).
