Happy Taste Buds – Protein Pudding!

Looking for a way to get your protein and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time? Try this quick and easy recipe for Protein Pudding, where you can have your pudding and eat it too – without completely sabotaging your diet!

Protein PuddingIngredients:

  • Vanilla SRO™ Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder

  • 2 cups cold water or fat-free milk

  • 1 box sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)

  • 1 big bowl

  • 1 big spoon


Directions:

  1. Measure 2 cups of cold water or fat-free milk and pour into big bowl.

  2. Slowly stir in 2-3 scoops of Vanilla SRO™ Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder until completely dissolved.

  3. Slowly stir in entire contents of one package sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix until completely dissolved; pudding will begin to thicken immediately.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge.

Extra Indulgence:
Add a dollop of fat-free whipped topping to your pudding and a handful of crushed walnuts and you've got a delicious low-cal/low-sugar dessert packed with protein and healthy fats!
