5 Reasons for an AM Workout

If you have the chance to work out - but are debating if you should ... always go! Unless of course, it’s your recovery day or you are injured. There's nothing to debate - get your workout in!  Not only will you feel amazing after - but you will also be one step closer to achieving the lean body you want! One excellent way to fit in a workout is by doing it early in the morning.5 reasonds for a morning workout When it’s the first thing in your day, you don’t have a chance to make up excuses or run into other obligations that would detract from your workout.

The second you wake up, get your gym clothes on and go! Working out in the morning starts your day off right and gets you energized! Half a bottle of Redline® Xtreme always gives me the boost I need to get going on those sluggish mornings. The best part is not having to worry about squeezing in a lunch-hour or end of day workout; especially after a long, exhausting day. A morning workout can even save you time because you will miss the 5pm rush at the gym. Exercising in the morning also jumpstarts your metabolism and gives you a positive mindset for the entire day. You will walk into work with more vigor and confidence!

Here are the top 5 reasons to workout in the morning:

  1. You start your day off RIGHT with energy and a positive attitude

  2. You get the workout in and don’t have to think about it the rest of the day

  3. You will feel awake and energized

  4. Great jumpstart to your metabolism

  5. Save time and avoid the 5pm rush

I've always preferred working out in the morning. I'm able to get it done and not worry about whether or not I'll have time for it later in the day. Since my AM work out usually begins with a 2.5 mile run, weather can be an obstacle sometimes.

Man; this is a great article. But I have to admit I find it increasingly difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. My workouts used to be for an hour starting at 5am. And although it's been a while, I remember feeling much better throughout the entire day. I was more focused and ready for anything; I felt on top of my game. Maybe I will try a Redline Xtreme.
