Succulent sweets don't always have to derail a diet!TIP OF THE WEEK: Satisfy your Sweet Tooth without Sabotaging your Diet!

Got a sweet tooth? Or just bored with your average protein shake? Try this quick and easy recipe for Protein Pudding, where you can have your pudding and eat it too – without completely sabotaging your diet!

Ingredients:
Vanilla Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder
2 cups cold water or fat-free milk
1 box sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 big bowl
1 big spoon

Directions:

  1. Measure 2 cups of cold water or fat-free milk and pour into big bowl.
  2. Slowly stir in 2-3 scoops of Vanilla Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder until completely dissolved.
  3. Slowly stir in entire contents of one package sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix until completely dissolved; pudding will begin to thicken immediately.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge.

Extra Indulgence:
Add a dollop of fat-free whipped topping to your pudding and a handful of crushed walnuts and you've got a delicious low-cal/low-sugar dessert packed with protein and healthy fats!
