Vanilla Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder
2 cups cold water or fat-free milk
1 box sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 big bowl
1 big spoon
- Measure 2 cups of cold water or fat-free milk and pour into big bowl.
- Slowly stir in 2-3 scoops of Vanilla Zero Carb® Whey Protein powder until completely dissolved.
- Slowly stir in entire contents of one package sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix until completely dissolved; pudding will begin to thicken immediately.
- Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge.
