Ingredients:

1 scoop VPX Zero Carb SRO Vanilla Protein powder

3 egg whites

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon sugar free strawberry jello mix
Directions:

In a blender (I use a single serving cup attachment) combine all ingredients and blend on high until well mixed.

Heat skillet on medium temperature and pour batter into the skillet when heated.

When bubbles begin to form in the center of the pancake flip and continue cooking for equal time.

Optional - top with sliced strawberries, you can also add them to the pancake mix after pouring batter into the skillet.
