Looking for a way to satisfy your chocolate craving without sacrificing your beach bod now that summer has arrived? If so you have to try these Quad Chocolate Protein Muffins, quad as in 4 sources of chocolate not your leg muscle you gym rats, although these will help grow your quad muscles!
With 15 grams of protein, only 8 grams of net carbs, and the fat burning fat, CLA, these muffins will satisfy your cravings while keeping your waist tight!
Ingredients:
- 
1.5 cups Bob’s Redmill Low-Carb Baking Mix 
- 
1 Tablespoon VPX ThinFat 
- 
2 Eggs 
- 
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk 
- 
3 teaspoons baking powder 
- 
3 packets monk fruit sweetener (or stevia) 
- 
½ teaspoon vanilla 
- 
2 scoops VPX Zero Carb chocolate protein powder 
- 
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder 
- 
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips 
Directions:
- 
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 
- 
In a large mixing bowl combine and mix all dry ingredients except the dark chocolate chips. 
- 
In the center of the dry mixture add the ThinFat, eggs, vanilla, and chocolate almond milk.  
- 
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, I suggest using a wire whisk for this. 
- 
Once mixture is mixed together and has the consistency of a thin brownie batter add in the dark chocolate chips. 
- 
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and divide the muffin batter evenly into 8 medium muffins. 
- 
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes, the tops should be firm and a toothpick should come out clean (can also check using a butter knife). 
- 
Enjoy with your favorite ice cream or all by itself!

Carbs: 13 Grams (8 net of fiber)
Protein: 15 Grams
