How to's on building good lean muscle mass

As a professional female bodybuilder it's crucial that each workout for me makes a difference. To ensure that I get everything out of my workout I focus on getting enough clean food into my system. Also, I am religious about taking NO-Shotgun before my workout and Synthesize w glutamine after. To get enough protein I utilize the delicious Zero Carb protein in graham cracker flavor for 2 of my meals with a sensible carb. I also will use Protein Rush (in Strawberry flavor yum) in place of the Zero Carb for a nice change.

The fascinating thing about this simple yet very effective method of supplementation is it has allowed me to gain good weight this off season. There is a big difference in this off season as opposed to others prior to using VPX NO-Shotgun and Synthesize, specifically. I like being able to see my muscle gain instead of just watching the scale. I look in the mirror and measure my gains there. The mirror doesn't lie. The scale can only tell you how much you weigh, but not whether it's good weight or not.

Being a smaller competitor its vital to me that I stay full but symmetrical to keep a feminine look. But being small doesn't mean I'm weak. My last leg workout for example- on leg press I easily pressed 18 plates for 10 reps on my 5th set. Went on to do deep squats with a mere 285 but for reps and burned out with dumbbell lunges and leg extension combo. The NO-Shotgun keeps me strong, focused and intense like no other. While Synthesize helps the recovery process to prepare for my next workout. If your mind isn't in it every time, I totally recommend using NO-Shotgun to change that.
